Jólin koma alveg sérstaklega mikið á íslandi, myrkrið fer seint á morgnanna og kemur fljótt í eftirmiðdaginn. Það sem skiptir þó mestu máli er að reyna að lýsa upp sálina, sem þarf að berjast við hin myrku öfl hugans sem eiga gott með að athafna í myrkrinu. leimum ekki að kveikja ljós og hugsa fallegar hugsanir. Gleðileg jól.

Christmas comes especially much in Iceland, the darkness goes away late in the morning and comes erly in the afternoon. The most important thing, however, is to try to enlighten the soul, which has to fight against the dark forces of the mind that easily are acting in the dark. You sould ligth somme lights and think beautiful thoughts. Merry Christmas.

Svanirnir spígspora á tjörninni í Reykjavík á sumrin verða þær að  synda um.

Stundum er of kalt til að labba út á veitingastað svo maður bara vandar sig.

The winter weather in Iceland is traditionally unpredictable, sometimes cold but sometimes colder.

The swans walk on the pond in Reykjavík,, in the summer, they have to swim around.

Sometimes it's too cold to walk out to a restaurant so you just have to do your own dinner.
