Smoked lambmeat is a typical Christmas food in Iceland, usually eaten with baked white sauce with potatoes, green beans and red cabbage.
But I like using it instead of smoked pork, here it is a pasta dish with cream and cheese. Icelanders love; cream and cheese and mushrooms, but that's not necessarily what I use a lot in my cooking, but still I am an ICElander.
