Crepuscular rays of Rykjavik.

My favorite is; Crepuscular rays, when come to clouds , we got pictures in Sunday school where the clouds and the sun were in main role, God is so generous, no need to do anything just look up to the air.

When I was looking at the clouds, I received a booking from these people for dinner in my kitchen, as you see the light in this picture different from the other. I always forget to ask people they  got the idea to book such visits to the kitchen of the natives? but I continue to look at the clouds.

Finding a small spot of sun in Reykjavík.

The winter is very gentle for us here on the land of the ice, but it was a bit heavy to lookat it yesterday, though there is always poible to find; a small spot of sun in our Reykjavík´s mountain Mt. Esja,

Fusion from Christmas leftover.

Smoked lambmeat is a typical Christmas food in Iceland, usually eaten with baked white sauce with potatoes, green beans and red cabbage.
But I like using it instead of smoked pork, here it is a pasta dish with cream and cheese. Icelanders love; cream and cheese and mushrooms, but that's not necessarily what I use a lot in my cooking, but still I am an ICElander.
