Fusion from Christmas leftover.

Smoked lambmeat is a typical Christmas food in Iceland, usually eaten with baked white sauce with potatoes, green beans and red cabbage.
But I like using it instead of smoked pork, here it is a pasta dish with cream and cheese. Icelanders love; cream and cheese and mushrooms, but that's not necessarily what I use a lot in my cooking, but still I am an ICElander.

Samkvæmt gamla Íslenska tímatalinu er sumardagurin fyrsti í dag, það eru ekki allir samála um að sumarið sé raunverulega komið, enda er veðrið ekki alltaf vísbending um að svo sé.

Samkvæmt hefðinni táknar páskaeggið þá hugmynd að maðurin þurfi að endurfæðast í trúnni.
Eggið er til í mörgum fornum trúarbrögðum t.d. í Hindúisma er er til nokkuð sem heitir Hiranyagarbha og tengist söpun alheimsins.
