The simple food of my childhood was traditional Icelandic food, a delicious rice potage and slátur, rice is boiled in milk with raisins, and cinnamon sugar sprinkled over, but the slátur is like the Scottish haggis. We like to cook this food every now and then.

We can offer old-fashioned Icelandic food.

Matur og þjóðerni. Food and nationality.

Það er erfitt að tala um mat með ákveðið þjóðerni. Það sem við köllum íslenskan mat er yfirleitt einhvað sérsakt í tengslum við geymsluni á matnum t.d. Þorramaturin. 

Við lærðum upphaflega okkar nútíma matar ferð frá frá Danmörku, Lambalærið  er okkar útgáfa af hefðbundnu Danskri svínasteik.

Í myndunum hér hér, sameina ég tvær af uppáhalds athöfnum mínum að elda og mála.Málverkin mín eru ekkert endilega íslensk eða alþjóðleg þetta eru myndir af minni reynslu og þekkingu, mín aðferð til að gera lífið áhugaverðara.

It is difficult to talk about food with a certain nationality. What we call Icelandic food is usually any specifics related to the storage of food. We got our school in cooking from Denmark, Lambalærið (lamb leg) is our version of a traditional Danish roasted pork with a crisp rind, etc.

In the piture here here , I combine my two passions, cooking and painting.

My painting is not very Icelandic, not that I know of, nor are they international these are pictures of my experience and knowledge, my approach to make life more interesting .
